JR Utilities was founded after 18 years of combined experience in Utility Coordination and Design services. JR Utilities is a utility coordination management firm that has several years of experience working through and under other management teams, firms, and government agencies.

Vice President, Mr. Jeff R. Rogers, P.E., has 16 years of design and coordination experience in Williamson, Travis, and Hays Counties, on the SH 130 Tollway, SH 45 SE, CapMetro Commuter Rail, and US 183A projects with five years specializing in management within the natural gas industry, another six years specializing in utility coordination, and an additional three years in the oil & gas industry. Mr. Rogers also has experience with direct supervision of personnel in surveying, SUE, and drafting. Mr. Rogers previously spent three years successfully managing the utility coordination efforts for Williamson County's 2006 Road Bond and
Pass-Through Financing Programs.

Wendy Rogers has thirteen years of experience in the banking industry as well as in various capacities in the financial services industry. She most recently worked for two years on a utility coordination project for the City of Woodville as QA/QC Specialist.
